Do I need a credit card?
No! We will not charge your credit card with any guarantee!
Your credit card will be charged ONLY with the rental fees if you will choose to pay with your credit card.
Can I go out of Crete with my Camper Van?
The Camper Van can be delivered to any place in Crete. Transportation outside of Crete Island, in-between the islands and the mainland is not allowed.
How can I book a Camper Van?
Minimum Age for driver is 23 years old. The driver must have a valid driving license for 3 years.
Cancelation policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before your arrival date, no fees will be charged. For cancellations made 7 days before your arrival date 100% of your booking value will be charged. The same happens if you don’t show.
Plus, last-minute reservations payments cannot be refunded, neither after pick-up of the car.
Can someone else drive the Camper Van?
Yes, but the second driver must also provide his/her valid driving license and follow all the Terms and Law issues.
What should I do if I have an accident?
When you have an accident, please call us in our emergency line which is found on the car key, rental contract. You can use also our insurance partner phone, THLEPHONO , to get immediate help.
